Hiring Clinical Support Nurses for a local Sacramento Clinic
Description:
Provide clinical support for providers to promote the continuity of patient care provided by the medical staff in all departments of the organization.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
Assistance within basic triage protocols, EHR/EMR documentation, clinical support, prescription refills.
Collect information for client data sheet and electronic health record.
Assess client's health status and discuss any health concerns with client
Demonstrate competency related to pharmacological interventions.
Develop clinical guidelines and best practices for providers in accordance with evidence-based medicine and standards of care.

Monday - Friday 8-5 onsite
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. 1 year of any clinical/SNF/inpatient setting.
Current CA RN license
Current BCLS certification.
Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
