Description:
TAP is looking for an individual with 15 years of experience to be their Director of Operations. Remote role still, but will need to be in the office for occasional meetings This individual will be focused on overseeing management of construction projects and will include coordinating their project to project responsibilities, as well as their day to day workload This individual does not need to be proficient in CAD, as they will not be focused on any production work This role would be overseeing all deliverables for permitting, governmental approvals, contract administration and close outs Would work directly with their Senior Client Lead (who is responsible for the due diligence & entitlement work) – these two individuals will work side by side Should have 15 years of experience and have specific experience overseeing architectural services Travel would be minimal but occur as needed to maintain standards and field coordinator. The actual PMs that this person would be overseeing would be the ones consistently going to job sites for project requirements

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Experience working on new builds and/or renovation commercial projects and have experience managing projects, and others. Bachelor's degree in Architecture 15 years of experience at an architecture firm working on commercial projects and have some experience managing/assisting with projects. Knowledge of buildings codes 5,000-10,000 sq foot construction
