Description:
The Plasma Center Technician is responsible for: - ensuring the safety of donors and purity of product as a result of the plasma collection process. - monitoring the donor throughout the collection process for possible equipment errors, donor reactions, or any unexpected events. - taking appropriate actions in accordance with the SOPs when any unexpected event occurs. - representing the organization and interacting directly with the donors. - expected to be professional and courteous at all time with donors and peers. - maintaining a clean and efficient work environment and ensure sufficient supplies are available as needed. This position is required to strictly adhere to all cGMPs, SOPs and regulations. - maintaining the confidentiality of all personnel, donor and center information. - assisting with the administrative duties to support the Donor Center as assigned.
