Job Title: Engineering Specialist

Job Description

The Manufacturing Engineer Specialist will provide Engineering support to all manufacturing processes and equipment. This support includes part & machine design, maintenance, tooling, and troubleshooting of equipment and processes. The role involves coordinating the delivery, installation, and ramp-up of new equipment as required while supporting improvements, optimizing processes, and applying lean manufacturing concepts.

Hard Skills

• BS/Engineering and 1 years of work experience in an engineering role 
• Understand PFMEA, Statistical probability, and root cause analysis.
• Demonstrated trouble shooting/problem solving experience in an engineering role.
• Familiar with robotics, AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Cibolo, Texas.

Work Environment

The position is based in a large, new manufacturing facility. Dress code requires long sleeve shirts and pants; jeans are not permitted.
