Description:
• Develop conceptual early ROM budgets, estimates, proposals, projects, and hard bids • Consult with engineers, designers, owners, consultants and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates • Analyze project documents and project plans to gain a thorough understanding of the project • Determine lead times and materials availability and cost impacts • Develop and maintain relationships with trade partners and consultants

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• 5 years experience working on industrial projects with a focus on estimation • Experience in Concrete Tilt-up Construction • Experience analyzing construction drawings, and other documentation to prepare estimates • Experience in presenting conceptual estimates, working on hard bids, and negotiating bids • Proficient in preparing estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors • Review and analyze change orders and requests for change order from subcontractors • Review as-builts and close out documents for general compliance with the contract drawings and specifications • Be able to work both independently and alongside our team • Be professional, organized, positive and proactive. • Demonstrate dedication and willingness be a team player
