Description:
The Senior Manager of LCoE Systems Training is responsible for applying sophisticated in-depth knowledge in the areas of design, development, delivery, evaluation, logistical support and content management support for system training. This individual will work closely with the Director of LCoE Systems Training to continually improve the scale, depth, and quality of training that aligns with strategic objectives.
- Understanding the business and associated roles within Global Development, and the business needs / technical challenges experienced by Global Development associates
- Using “innovative” knowledge of training content development in order to identify SMEs and potential departmental trainers that could be used for training delivery.
- Advising Training Business Partners, Global Dev Solutions and System Owners/SMEs to craft and deliver learning solutions, in a wide range of multimedia formats.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree and 5-7 years equivalent practical experience designing and developing learning solutions (GxP) for a variety of formats and audiences for a fast-paced, multifaceted, and growing organization
• Experience with e-learning frameworks such as Adaptive Learning, Performance Support, micro-learning, 70-20-10 or other learning development approaches
• Requires comprehensive understanding of training design principles, curriculum development, adult learning styles and training effectiveness
• Proficient with eLearning development tools (e.g., Captivate, Storyline), publishing tools (e.g., Acrobat, Publisher),
• Comfortable with prepping and testing courses for use in LMS
• Ability to work independently and with key collaborators
