Monitoring Technician

Job Description

As a Monitoring Technician, you will oversee, gather, and consolidate manufacturing data from various sources including production equipment, quality control systems, and laboratory instruments. Your role will focus on generating regular reports on equipment performance, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered. You will continuously monitor GMP and QC equipment to ensure proper functionality, perform regular maintenance and calibration of lab equipment, and accurately record performance data. Additionally, you will maintain detailed records for audit and compliance purposes, diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure all activities comply with GMP, QC, and regulatory requirements.

Hard Skills

• Prior Environmental Monitoring Experience
• Experience following SOPs and GMP protocols
• Experience gowning up and entering clean rooms
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing complex equipment
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for data management (BMRAM)

Soft Skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
