Description:
As a Pharmacy Technician II, you will use your advanced knowledge working in a pharmacy to:
- prepare and submit third-party insurance claims
using our custom-built pharmacy management system
- troubleshooting complex cases
- deliver extraordinary customer service while
handling patient escalations via phone, text, chat, and email
- work directly with patients and other pharmacies
with prescription transfers
Requirements:
- Must live in anywhere in Texas
- Minimum 2-3 years call center experience (preferably
pharmacy/healthcare)
- 2 years minimum as a certified Pharmacy Tech
(current and up to date) trainee does not count
- Comfortable speaking on the phone
Shifts:
- Part time 9:30 AM-1:30 PM CST M-F
**2 weeks training
