What are the responsibilities and job description for the Planner position at Actalent?
Description:
Candidate needed to join planning team of 7. 50% of time will be spent at computer, 50% of time will be on the floor.
Requirements:
- 3 years planning, logistics, or buying as long as it is in ERP/MRP for manufacturing (no preference on level of experience)
- Must be competent in excel and outlook
- ERP experience (IFS/ industrial financial systems is ideal)
- Ability to read Engineering drawings
- BOM experience
- Ability to work with multiple teams and on multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills (collaborates with procurement, logistics, sales, etc.)
