Job Description
Join a leading Global Pharmaceutical Manufacturer as a Process Professional I, specializing in Customer Complaint Investigations. In this role, you will be trained in visual inspection and batch record review to ensure no deviations occurred in the process. Your daily responsibilities include reporting to the site, participating in morning meetings to prioritize deviations, visually inspecting returned products, and pulling batch records. You will also be involved in collecting data for review, examining reference samples for defects, shipping defective samples, creating deviations for confirmed customer complaints, and conducting in-depth investigations on customer samples.
Hard Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Life Science required
- GMP knowledge from an academic course or internship (can also be from working in industry previously)

Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).
Work Environment
