Description:
Manage project from proposal stage through closeout
Direct personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and coordinating various phases of construction to ensure schedule adherence
Oversee supervisory personnel and labor representatives to resolve complaints and grievances within work force
Manage personnel, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve project issues and improve construction methods
Responsible and accountable for project budgets
Conduct construction activities within Federal, State, and Local Code, and environmental rules and regulations
Monitor project safety
Forecast project cash flow in relation to the project schedule
Track the financial performance of projects
Prepare project reports for management and clients
Interface with Client
