What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Architect position at Actalent?
Our client is looking to bring on an experienced Project Architect with a focus on working within commercial projects throughout the tri-state area. Our client is actively working with some of the top companies within the fast-food/commercial retail industry and has a rapidly expanding pipeline of projects through this year and well into 2025 and beyond! We are looking for candidates who are licensed in the state of New Jersey/New York or on track to obtain their license within the year.
The ideal applicant would have the following:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an architectural team lead
- The ability to produce construction drawings using REVIT
- Experience overseeing a team of junior production staff
- Has obtained/is in the process of obtaining their Architectural License
