FEDERAL QCM NEEDED FOR A PROJECT AT JOHN HOPKINS! OSHA 30 is REQUIRED!
Description:
CQC needed to oversee quality control plan for 29 million dollar, 4 floor full interior TI project. Bathrooms, mechanical, ventilation, etc.
Skills:
Quality control, Osha 30, Construction, Qcm, Site safety, Quality assurance
Qualifications:
OSHA30 required. Army Core QCM Cert and EM385-1-1 is a plus.
10 years of previous construction experience.
Construction Management, Architect or Engineering degree is preferred. Adequate experience outweighs degree.
