Description:
The Quality Engineer works directly with production, engineering, and quality personnel to fully understand the product and process requirements and perform continuous improvement activities. Additional duties are:
• Support Production Lines, non-conformances - both disposition and problem solving activities.
• Performs shop floor audits to determine compliance with regulations and company procedures.
• Works with the quality control and production personnel to drive the continuous improvement activities.
• Direct contact with customers when on site

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
BA degree in engineering related degree
2 years of Manufacturing experience working as a Quality Engineer
Experience with root cause analysis
