Actalent is hiring a Fully Remote Sr Radar Software Engineer for a DoD company located in Syracuse, NY. Company will provide full time benefits, as well as PTO. Company serves the global market with world-leading products, services and solutions from military defense in all domains to civil security. Responsibilities:
- Development of a state-of-the-art all digital radar system.
- Manage and lead software team to ensure the team has all the inputs they need to architect, design, and implement the system.
- Work with cross-functional groups i.e. systems, test, hardware, and integration on a large scale ground-up radar development effort.
Qualifications:
- C/ SW development
- Static and dynamic code review
- Radar experience - huge plus
- Design coordination with (systems, test, hardware, and integration)
- Assist in laying framework - modular blocks allowing configuration from install to install
- Design review (internally & externally)
- Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance (not required for to have an active clearance)
