Description:
Actalent is seeking a Revit Drafter with a background in Architecture, MEP, or Structural design to join the team of a firm in Greenwood Village, CO. This person will be doing design of Food Service, Laundry, and Back of House facilities in the hospitality, healthcare, correctional, education, and public assembly market sectors. Recent or soon-to-be graduates are encouraged to apply.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support a project manager with developing a full set of Revit documents. These will include floor plans, schedules, equipment “MEP” and fabrication details
- Work with specification sheets, and be responsible to send and receive all pertinent documents
- Provide a thorough quality check of all their work completed to company standards that is based on the contractual expectations of the client
Skills & Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of professional experience
- Proficiency in Revit
- Must be familiar with Acrobat or Bluebeam
- Proficiency in AutoCAD a plus
- Associates Degree (minimum requirement)
