Robot Programmer

Description:

- Validation and debug of robot path programs: welding and material handling.

- Validation and debug of Safety feature's.

- Validate system functionalities meeting cycle-time and product quality.

- Work closely with dimensional supervisors as required per project and follow up on all quality concerns

- Work closely with simulation department

- Provide robotic support as required

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

MUST Haves:

- Min 3 years of debugging, programming & troubleshooting in robot programming

- Min 3 years of experience with set up of robots, loading programs, and dual check safety (DCS) experience

- Previous installation support and production support experience

- Previous experience working onsite at customer and having customer interaction at the plant

Nice to Have:

- Vision experience

- Understanding of I/O (transfer of information between Robot and PLC)

- Understanding of robot program flow and basic programming theories
