One of the top-ranked international architecture firms is looking to add a Sr. Medical Planner to their Chicago office!
Job Description:
- Collaborates and leads internal team with PM/PA to ensure project is on track and meeting clients requirements and guidelines
- Produces and plans the conceptual design of healthcare projects with a comprehensive understanding of the client's programmatic requirements, standards and policies for incorporation into the design solution in coordination with the design team
- Leads the planning process by generating concepts and layout of internal departments
- Collaborates with administrators, doctors, nurses and other medical personnel to develop the departmental layout
- Develops, modifies and/or reviews medical planning concepts and design solutions
- Prepares, modifies implementation documents and communicates planning concepts for project team members, both verbally and through graphic and written reports
- Responsible for preparing and leading client presentations
- Supports and leads the business development process by identifying new opportunities, marketing current clients for repeat business and assisting with proposals, budgets and schedules
Qualifications:
- Accredited professional degree in Architecture or related field
- Licensed or actively pursuing Licensure is required
- 10 years of experience
- ACHA accreditation and/or EDAC accreditation preferred
- Sustainable design accreditation preferred
- Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Suite, and Bluebeam is required
