Job Title: Safety Advisor
Job Description
The Safety Advisor is a field role focused on administering and overseeing the work authorization process in a construction setting. This role requires monitoring the jobsite for at-risk worker behaviors and worksite conditions. The incumbent will ensure that the Project Site Safety and Health Plan is effectively communicated and utilized by all project contractors. Additionally, they will be responsible for all project safety communications and actively participate in incident investigations and corrective actions.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Hartwell, Georgia.
Work Environment
This role involves significant supervisory responsibilities, including ensuring agreed safe ways of working with Contractors, reporting all Incidents, providing initial care for all injured persons, securing the workplace during incident investigations, and escalating safety issues as needed. The Safety Advisor will routinely engage with the Project Safety Director, Project Safety Advisors Colleagues, Project Leadership Team Members, Corporate Project Leadership, Contractor Supervisors and Superintendents, Safety Committed Members, and Engineering Support Representatives.
