What are the responsibilities and job description for the Space Planner position at Actalent?
Description:
- Actalent's client is looking for someone to sit onsite at the Architect of the Capital (AOC) to support the Senate off relocation efforts for the new termed Senators.
- This role will be heavy in CA and Space planning to ensure construction and deliverables are met and up to par with the design standards set forth by the AOC.
- Manager assists the AOC's Project Construction Manager in schedule reviews, cost estimating, and constructability reviews, and are responsible for professional reviews pertaining to the Procurement and Construction Phases, Project Document Control using E-Builder, and any additional services required within the AOC Project and Planning Divisions Policies and Procedures Manuals.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 10 years of Space Planning experience
- Experience with Construction Administration
- Tenant fit out/office space redesign experience
