What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr Electrical Engineer position at Actalent?
Description:
The ideal candidate for this position is going to be knowledgeable in analog signals, both on the design and hands-on troubleshooting of circuits, while being eager to learn even more. This work will primarily take place on the board level with high voltage (5KV) systems. Expect to work in a cross-collaborative team while being instrumental in the design, development, and testing/validation of complex pieces of semiconductor metrology equipment. You'll be taking part in the full design life cycle of this equipment in addition to being responsible for developing test fixtures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science/Master of Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields
- 5 years of work experience but flexible pending competency
- Proficient in PCB CAD tools, preferably Altium but design principles are more important
- Circuit simulation using tools, e.g. LTSpice or Pspice
- High voltage power supplies up to 5KV
- Excellent knowledge of complex system level debugging and root cause analysis
