Job Title: Sr Project Architect

Job Description

Assume project management responsibilities for assigned projects, including client and consultant meetings and communications. You will run a project from initial design through construction administration, developing project documentation requirements based on research, discussions with Project Manager, PIC, Lead Designer, and client interviews. Collaborate with the design team to develop the overall project design addressing client’s needs including budget, schedule, and vision. Provide technical knowledge and insights on material and design choices beneficial in design or cost to the overall project. Oversee the assembly of necessary technical documentation for all project phases and compile the project product manual recording design decisions. Lead a team of technical staff to develop project technical documentation requirements and solutions. Interface with consultants to coordinate documentation phases of the project timely and articulate the integration of architecture and engineering with the full A/E team. Prepare code analysis for assigned projects, review documents for compliance with laws and regulations, and perform construction administration tasks including shop drawing review, responses to RFIs, site visits, and document modifications. Assist in Quality Control reviews and use local and state building codes effectively.

M-F 8-5pm, Fully in office, Flexible with appointments

Salary : $130,000 - $155,000
