Job Title: Sr. Quality Engineer

Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Sr. Quality Engineer to take ownership and drive urgency in various quality processes. The role involves working hands-on with production teams 80% of the time, collaborating with industrial engineers on ECN changes, ensuring new product releases are assembled correctly, and documenting issues. The successful candidate will review Papps, assess part fit-ups, and deliver results to global supplier managers and other engineering groups. This position requires strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work effectively on the production floor.

Work Environment

This role is based out of the Eagle facility, involving physical activities such as standing, walking, stooping, bending, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds. The position includes frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring close vision and focus adjustment. Occasional travel is required.
