Description:
Our client is seeking a superintendent II to work in conjunction with their superintendent 3 on large scale multi family housing units. Candidates must have five years of construction experience most of which was being a superintendent. Each superintendent needs to understand and be familiar with documentation. Understand and be familiar with site supervision, coordinating with subcontractors, working conjointly with field team to ensure deliverables, and maintain oversight on trade partners including scheduling, quality, safety and production.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Working knowledge of understanding, interpreting, and implementing plans, specifications, and other contract documents. Working knowledge of solicitation, negotiation, award, and management of subcontracts. Proven ability to create baseline schedules using logic/constraints. Working knowledge of AIA contract documents, and cost plus GMP contracts. Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and train team members. Demonstrated organizational, leadership, analytical, and communication (verbal and written) skills.
