Job Title: Supplier Quality Engineer

Job Description

Join our team as a Supplier Quality Engineer at our Hayward campus, where you will focus on ensuring the quality of mechanical and electrical parts. Your main responsibilities will include managing the first level triage of incoming parts, investigating issues reported from the factory, working directly with suppliers to resolve problems, and collaborating with internal teams including manufacturing engineers and quality engineers.

Hard Skills

• Experience with mechanical and electrical parts
• Experience in consumer electronics or automotive industries
• 3 years of experience in a factory setting
• Proficiency in root cause analysis
• Knowledge of continuous improvement processes
• Experience with injection molding of plastic parts
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles

Soft Skills

• Detail-oriented
• Self-starter
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
