Job Summary: Looking to hire an individual with a nursing or clinical research background to act as the Clinical Research Coordinator for a research site in on a Flu Vaccine clinical trial. This position will help identify patients for enrollment through chart review, patient follow-up and pre-screening. This individual will be focusing on mainly the data entry aspects of the trial.

• Chart review of patient’s medical records
o EDC data entry
• Query Resolution
• Source Documentation
• E-Diary compliance
