About Us
ActionIQ is building the next-generation data infrastructure for the CMO. As Marketing becomes more data-driven, and CMOs more sophisticated, a new market for data-first Marketing Applications is inevitable and requires a complete rethink of the traditional Marketing tech stack. ActionIQ is a pioneer in this emerging space pursuing a multi-billion dollar opportunity.
What You’ll Do
- Work with senior management and the VP, People & Employee Success to align the People strategy with business goals
- Act as an advocate, trusted advisor, and strategic partner for employees, managers, and leaders
- Use a data driven approach to drive impactful People initiatives that will help the organization scale. You’ll be assessing, presenting findings, proposing solutions, testing, measuring, and iterating
- Coach and empower managers to be able to own and navigate critical People programs and processes such as onboarding, employee relations, compensation, and people development
- Enable managers and executives to build high performing teams through engagement surveys, team effectiveness exercises, and by embedding yourself within the business
- Help drive the company’s mission to weave inclusion into the fabric of our culture
What You Bring to the Table
- Bring a hands on, innovative and forward-thinking approach to the People function and overall company culture
- Preference for 5 years experience in an HR generalist or business partner role in a fast moving, high growth environment
- Proven track record establishing relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in various People/HR functional areas
- Strong problem-solving, critical/analytical thinking abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills
- It’s a plus if you have experience driving change through an Organizational Development lens
