We are seeking an enthusiastic Part Time Seasonal Sales Specialist who will be excited about showcasing the official TV of the NFL! Position Overview
Our Seasonal Sales Specialist will represent our client, TCL, and their globally ranked line of Smart TVs and Sound Bars during weekends leading up to the Super Bowl. As a rising international leader in consumer electronics, TCL is dedicated to setting new industry standards and offering increased amounts of technical versatility and display innovation without sacrificing lower price tags. In this role, you will serve as a dedicated brand influencer within a specified single Best Buy location to introduce TCL to customers and promote their home theater technology. Your job will be to ensure successful increases in TCL sales by effectively engaging customers, highlighting unique product features, and providing expert advice and purchasing recommendations that fit customers' unique needs.

Schedule
- 16 hours per weekend
- Saturdays & Sundays 10:00am - 6:30pm
- This is a temporary short-term promotional program running January 6, 2024 through February 11, 2024
What We Offer
- $23.00 per hour
- $500 program completion bonus
- Assorted TCL TV products and other bonus incentives up for grabs upon program completion if sales targets are met
- Paid online training program to certify you on TCL product knowledge
- W2 employment with biweekly pay schedule
Duties
- Execute sales strategies against program operations plan, mission, and KPI critical success factors
- Build relationships with store managers and associates to create a positive impact and increase TCL sales in assigned store
- Provide engaging customer interactions and product demonstrations to identify home theater products that fit customers' needs
- Assist and train store personnel to communicate TCL information with confidence
- Ensure TCL products are properly merchandised, displayed, and functional on the store floor
- Accurately complete call reports the same day of store visit
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience required
- Must possess enthusiastic attitude, strong sales aptitude, and a high degree of initiative
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
- Excited and knowledgeable about football and audio/visual electronics is a plus!
- Able to present information to individuals and groups
- Access to reliable transportation to commute to assigned Best Buy location
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time during shifts
- Access to a personal smartphone with high-speed internet
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 35 lbs. without assistance
- Available to work Saturdays & Sundays
