Job Description:

We're seeking a Full-Time Fitness Sales Consultant with a passion for fitness and community. This role is crucial in expanding our fitness family, engaging with potential and existing members to guide them on their fitness journey. As the first point of contact, your energy and enthusiasm will set the tone for the member experience at Active Body Fitness.

Responsibilities:

Conduct daily sales calls, targeting 100 calls per day.

Book appointments with a goal of a 5% conversion rate.

Ensure a minimum 65% show rate for appointments and a 55% close rate for memberships.

Secure 3 point-of-sale referrals from new members.

Sell ancillary services to at least one-third of new members.

Provide a high-energy welcome to all members, enhancing the gym's community atmosphere.

Participate in and motivate members during gym activities.

Lead by example, maintaining personal health and fitness.

Assist in keeping the facility clean and welcoming.

Requirements:

Fluency in Spanish preferred but not required.

A friendly, high-energy personality.

Empathy and understanding toward members' needs.

Basic math and computer skills.

Punctuality, responsibility, and reliability.

A team player, eager to engage in gym activities.

A commitment to personal health and fitness.

Work Schedule:

There are 2 shifts that you will need to work the Morning and Evening Shift:

Morning Shift: 8 AM to 1 PM, Monday to Friday. Adjustments for early classes as needed.

Evening Shift: 4 PM to 7 PM, Monday to Thursday; until 7:30 PM on Fridays.

Team meetings are on Thursdays from 3 PM to 4 PM.

Optional weekend shifts for coverage as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base salary of $1200 Bi-Weekly with opportunities for performance-based raises.

Commission Tiers per sale: 10 Sales = $200, 15 Sales = $600, 20 Sales = $1,200 $60 for every after
