Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Well-Being Program Manager position.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in developing, leading, and implementing various mind, body, and spiritual innovations. Strategizes to strengthen and build the Acts Signature Well-Being Product and related programs. This position will work closely with the Well-Being Coach and with various community disciplinary team members: Administration, Life Engagement-Hospitality, Fitness, Rehab, Chaplain, Primary Care/Nurse Practitioner, Restaurant Services, and Social Services, along with various corporate and regional team members, to inspire and motivate residents to enhance their overall lifestyles by developing engaging, purposeful living habits to reach their personalized well-being goals and objectives.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Associate or bachelor's degree in science, business management, or a related discipline with a strong emphasis on wellness and health
Minimum of three years’ experience within the geriatric health and wellness field
Health and wellness management related experience is preferred
Certified as a Well-Being or Wellness Health Coach or similar certification (or must be eligible to obtain certification within the first six months of employment)
