Summary:  Lead the development of processes and systems to enable best distribution practices across the Acushnet Distribution Network for company run facilities and third-party logistics partners.  Responsible for the design, testing, configuration, implementation, integration, enhancement, support and training for the Supply Chain Execution functions within Acushnet's global ERP solution and Warehouse Management Systems, other systems, and various processes related to Distribution and Warehousing on both a Domestic and International level. 

Responsibilities:

• New ERP and WMS system rollout support: Working with operations management, analyze business processes and/or problems to be solved and leverage ERP, WMS, and/or other systems to drive process improvements to support Distribution and Warehousing functions. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and provide ongoing maintenance and support.
• Process/System Standardization: Assist operations management with the design, development, and validation of corporate distribution systems playbook documenting and maintaining instructions for systems, processes, and solutions for Distribution and Warehousing. Review and justify customizing local market solutions when a clear business case can be made to support the customization.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Lead operations review and data analysis efforts to understand current business requirements, document gaps, and design/test proposed solutions.
• Will serve as the primary subject matter expert to support all DTC/custom distribution needs as well as consult and drive continuous improvement and standardization with operations, in-house and outsourced.
• System Testing Support: Work with IT, software vendors, outside consultants and business associates to coordinate and perform standard testing of new system functionality and/or change orders. Coordinate and support development and testing cycle(s) to guarantee efficient launch and adoption by local region to deliver on target service levels.
• Training Documentation: Assist with development of training documents and training programs related to system and process changes. Support the development and certification of local Subject Matter Experts (SME's) for Supply Chain Execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred. Considerable experience with leading and implementing ERP/WMS systems testing or similar supply chain execution software may be substituted for a degree.
• A minimum of three 3 years of experience in a Supply Chain Execution Business Systems Analyst role including experience working with ERP/WMS system(s) required. Strongly prefer experience in SAP and/or Manhattan Warehouse Management Systems. Previous technical training experience and strong process flow mapping experience is required. Advanced skill set in Microsoft Excel, Visio, Cognos 10 Report Studio and/or Qlik. Intermediate to Advanced skill set in Microsoft Office Word and PowerPoint.
• Able to sit for prolonged periods of time and listen/talk on the telephone. Some project-related travel required both domestically and internationally. Able to access and spend time observing operations in a warehouse environment.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS/Distribution principles, practices, and procedures. 
• Must possess exceptional technical skills with the ability to adapt quickly to new and emerging programs/software.
