We need someone with a great attitude willing to learn our model and duplicate it with consistency. We'll teach you everything you need to know, all you need to do is apply!
** Requires a Texas Real Estate License **

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead prospects through the Sales process with professionalism
- Follow-up with prospects pipeline including CRM usage by following our standardized process
- Implement lead generating activities - Signage, advertisement, referrals from past buyers, host model home event, email marketing.
- Establish rapport and professional present homes with excellence.
- Act as a liaison between Construction Superintendent, Sales Manager, and homebuyers from start to finish.
