We're seeking a New Home Sales Manager to lead our Sales team in North Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have a Texas Real Estate License, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales success. Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of New Home Sales Consultants to achieve sales goals and meet company objectives
  • Recruit, train, and mentor new sales team members, providing ongoing coaching and support to ensure their success
  • Establish relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and other industry professionals to increase referral business
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and construction, to ensure a seamless home-buying experience for customers
  • Excel in all aspects of sales and marketing for the division office
  • Adapt to the Adams Homes culture of "Value; Simplified"
  • Provide opportunities for customers to view and purchase their dream home
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment for the sales team
Requirements:
  • Texas Real Estate License
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a high-performing sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers, real estate professionals, and internal departments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in sales and marketing strategies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
