Our client, the ENT Institute, is currently seeking a dynamic and passionate, full-time Physician Assistant to join their growing team. The mission at the ENT Institute is to provide patients with the most up-to-date high quality care at affordable prices. They specialize in treating patients of all ages for diseases and disorders of the ear, nose, throat, and related structures of the head and neck. They have 14 convenient office locations throughout the metro-Atlanta area with two ambulatory surgery centers.
As a provider with The ENT Institute, you will have your own clinic schedule, seeing adult and pediatric patients autonomously, while also working as a team with our Audiologists, Allergy Technicians, Speech Therapists, Physical Therapists, and board-certified Otolaryngologists. Responsibilities:
- Assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations
- Provide counsel and medical treatment to patients
- Work hand-in-hand with other clinical staff, such as Audiologists, Techs, MA's, etc.
- Educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance
- Develop and implement patient management plans
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Be present for all company meetings
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a physician assistant - at least 1-3 years, highly preferred in Otolaryngology
- Athena EMR Experience
- Familiarity with medical tools and equipment
- Ability to build rapport with patients and employees
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
