Advertising Sales Representative

We are looking to fill up to three Advertising sales positions covering the greater Erie county area.(Niagara and Monroe county as well) The ideal candidate is someone who has a track record of success selling advertising solutions to small and medium size businesses. (Former YP reps, direct mail sales, SEM/SEO Google Adwords/ and outdoor advertising/ billboards) Candidates with strong backgrounds outside the industry will also be considered. If you have zero sales experience, we will consider you based on the strength of your initial phone screening. Please be prepared. Questions such as "what do you do/what is your product" will bring an immediate end to the interview.

Adcart shopping cart mini billboards features local advertisers in the hub of their community, most locations have foot traffic over 15k people per week. We have the contracts with major supermarket chains, your job is selling the space to small and medium size businesses. In other locations this product has a 70-80% renewal rate, so you will quickly build a book of renewal business.

We offer a base salary, an aggressive commission structure, bonus opportunities and a gas allowance. We train you in the field. Training is real life situations with you shadowing your trainer in the field. We sell IN the field. This is not a work from home opportunity. You need a reliable vehicle and a clean license, with the ability to work out of your vehicle.

Most sales people and managers who come here and get it, rarely leave. The management team you will report to has a combined 36 years at this organization. We are not looking for the "journey person". We are stable, we are growing, and we provide you with the tools and support needed to build a professional business.

The right person will realistically earn 65-85k year one. This will be a mix of salary, commission and bonus. Every year you will earn more based on the renewal business you have built. Earning 100k year one is reachable. We do not cap commissions.
