Job Title: System Analyst
Location: Hybrid; Chicago, Schaumburg (IL), Houston, or Reston (VA)
Salary: $55,000-$60,000
The System Analyst will be involved in all aspects of the business cycle to help drive development of the Sales Enablement tools (ATS/CRM) and its partners including business logic, configuration, user interface and analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Lead troubleshooting
- Be agile with technology
- Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent
- Create system guidelines and manuals
- Conduct regular reviews of system and generating reports
- Implement best practices
- Accurate documentation
- Develop and conduct tests
- Maintain systems
- Work closely with internal teams
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field; or equivalent work experience
- Listening and communication skills with technical aptitude
- Ability to prioritize, manage time, multi-task, work on a team and independently, problem solving
- Strong interpersonal and customer focus skills with the ability to establish and maintain rapport
