Our client in North OKC is looking to add an HR Coordinator to their team! As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources department by assisting with various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes. You will be responsible for maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment processes, assisting with onboarding and offboarding procedures, and providing general support to the HR team and employees.
Pay Rate: $50,000-$55,000/year
Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure all candidate information is accurately documented.
- Coordinate pre-employment checks such as background verification and reference checks.

Onboarding andOffboarding:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and assisting with the setup of employee profiles.
- Coordinate offboarding procedures, including exit interviews, collecting company property, and processing termination paperwork.

Employee Records Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

HR Administration:
- Assist with HR administrative tasks such as drafting employment letters, updating organizational charts, and preparing reports for management.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

Benefits Administration:
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Assist employees with enrollment, changes, and inquiries related to benefits.

HR Projects and Initiatives:
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and training initiatives.
- Contribute ideas for improving HR processes and enhancing the employee experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in HR administration or coordination role preferred.
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
