Job Description
- We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist with demonstrated exposure to insurance / Banking domains. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing automation, data management, and customer journey mapping to drive effective and personalized marketing strategies.
- Design, build, and execute marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including email, SMS, social media, and push notifications.
- Develop and manage customer journeys using Journey Builder, ensuring a seamless and personalized customer experience.
- Maintain and optimize the Marketing Cloud data architecture, including data extensions, segmentation, and data models.
- Ensure data accuracy and hygiene through regular audits and updates.
- Implement and manage marketing automation workflows using Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and other Salesforce tools.
- Develop triggered and automated campaigns that align with business goals and customer behaviors.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Salesforce Marketing Cloud’s reporting tools and dashboards.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
- Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other Salesforce products (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and third-party platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, IT, and Creative to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the platform’s performance or functionality.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of best practices in email marketing, automation, and data privacy.
