Requirements:
  • CRCST certification or must be obtained within 12 months
  • American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • High School or equivalent - preferred
  • Five years’ hospital-based sterile processing experience including two years of supervisory capacity
  • Two years’ previous experience in all aspects of employee training & development, performance evaluation, coaching, and disciplinary action
  • Minimum of 6 months of healthcare supply experience - preferred
  • Oregon license
  • BLS (AHA)
