• No. of Beds: 268
• EMR: Cerner
• Other Info: Cath Lab Schedules:
- Between Mon-Fri; 7a-530p: at the hospital
- Every Wed; 8a-5p (clinic)
- Every 2nd Fri of the month 8a-5p (Telemed Clinic)
- Every 4th Fri of the month 8a-5p (clinic; 1st patient at 9a)

Requirements:
• Active AZ License or IMLC
• BC/BE
• AZ DEA
• ACLS
• At least 1 yr of experience
• COVID & Flu Vaccination proofs/exemptions
