Control Systems Programmer I
Adenus Technologies LLC is the leading supplier of decentralized wastewater equipment based in Smyrna, TN. The Hawk software dept. is currently in need of a full-time Control Systems Programmer I to program automated controls for water/wastewater industry. Ideal candidate must be self-motivated independent worker with ability to multitask between multiple active projects. Pay is DOE. Please send salary requirements and resumes.
Responsibilities/Job Duties:
- Experience in PLC / Ladder Logic programming, C, C , VFDs
- Maintain attention to detail (very important) and working safely according to policy
- Communication networking (Modbus RTU/TCP, IP Layers, 4G radio)
- AC and DC circuits and troubleshooting ability
- HMI development
- Process Control and common practices for the water/wastewater industry
- PID loops, 4-20 mA circuits, Instrumentation
- P&ID, cause and effect, control narrative interpretation and development
- Perform field service panel troubleshooting / startups as necessary
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in ACAD, SCADA systems
- Working knowledge of motors, pumps, valves, process equipment
- Proficient in reading design specifications and technical drawings
- Knowledge of electrical code and standards such as UL, IEC, NEC, CE
- Experience troubleshooting electrical industrial controls
- Setup/troubleshoot pressure sensors/flow meters
- Idec Automation products
- Irrigation control schemes
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Strong MS office skills, Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience/ B.S. Engineering Technology / Mechatronics
