Adenus Technologies supplies industrial components for the decentralized wastewater industry. We are seeking a talented Inside Sales Representative who can quote/ assist/ fulfill orders and perform light assembly of piping.

  • Review plans for appropriate materials to order.
  • Maintain level of knowledge required for satisfactory job performance.

  • Mostly sitting with some standing and walking
  • Office and Warehouse setting with controlled heating and cooling.
  • Moderate level of stress.
  • High School diploma or its equivalent.
  • 2 years’ experience in the field or a related area.
  • This position is considered active and involves walking or standing for long periods of time.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and stoop/kneel to handle computer and warehouse equipment
  • The employee may be required to lift up to 70 pounds. The employee may be required to constantly lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee will experience a loud noise level (i.e. forklifts, semi-trucks, pallet jacks, moving boxes, etc.). The work environment is loud and dusty at times, and the indoor temperature fluctuates by season
  • The employee will operate and/or work near motorized handling equipment such as forklifts, etc.

Position Duties:

  • Gain experience using asset management software
  • Direct, Lead associates to fulfill customer product needs
  • Perform inventory management activities including cycle counting and parts picking / put-away
  • Assist with general building upkeep
  • Receive shipments and enter them into asset management software
  • Box, prepare, and coordinate shipments using UPS, FedEx, and QuickBooks software
  • Assist in transporting, monitoring, and organizing inventory
  • Demonstrate effective troubleshooting and critical thinking methods
  • Answer phone sales calls, place orders
  • Maintain and update inventory records
  • Make sure sufficient quantities of on-hand raw materials are available for production requirements
  • Work within department and with others to reconcile inventory discrepancies as necessary
  • Research, resolve and report any issues to management
  • Prepare/report depleted products and survey of unusable products
  • Request and open production jobs as required
  • Compares nomenclature, stock numbers, authorized substitutes, and other information with catalogs, manuals, parts lists, etc.
  • Forecasting inventory demand for projects
  • Process/validate warranty claims
