Highly desired Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years demonstrated practical experience in the area(s) of public relations, social services, and marketing programs, as well as a demonstrated capability in program/project coordination applications. Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum qualifications may be substituted.


b) Demonstrated experience managing outreach campaigns with cross-generational audiences and programs with civilian educational audiences. Must be capable and willing to build trusting relationships, be comfortable connecting with customers, and corresponding with civilians while maintaining a professional bearing at all times.
c) Must have experience conducting performance assessments and delivering
reports on assignments and possess excellent written and oral communication.

d) Must be able to work collaboratively within the department possess excellent

e) Must be able to operate under the remote (Camp Murray) supervision from the program lead.
f) The Adeptus employee shall have the knowledge and experience needed to use Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook to accomplish tasks.
g) Must be willing to travel throughout the state as needed with occasional overnight stays - travel to Spokane required.
h) Desired general understanding of marketing operations and social media
platforms.
i) Desired working knowledge of the Washington Army National Guard and Social Services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
