Job responsibilities
• Work to manage the company’s quality control program.
• Manage a team, including work schedules, project progress and resource allocation
o Lead on-site project meetings.
o Mentor and train personnel.
o Manage the overall safety of projects.
o Identify non-compliance with regulations or standards and suggest solutions.
• Maintain a daily log for the job site’s operations, reporting to management as necessary.
• Read technical documents, such as safety regulations, assembly and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
• Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience
• OSHA 30 (preferred)
• 5 years experience
o 2 years of experience as a supervisor (preferred)
• Possess and maintain a current, valid driver’s license.
• Ability to stand for several hours at a time and to walk in varying climate conditions and on uneven ground.
• Basic knowledge of technology, iPad, software such as Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent communications skills
o Verbal and written communication in English.
o Ability to write reports and professional correspondence.
• Ability to physically lift up to 50lbs
