KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Identify Sales Opportunities : Actively seek out and develop new business opportunities within the Southeast wholesale fuel market, targeting both branded and unbranded fuel sales.
Understand Customer Needs : Engage with potential clients to assess their fuel requirements and deliver tailored solutions that align with their business goals and operational needs.
Create Customized Proposals : Develop competitive and compelling proposals that meet the specific needs of each customer, ensuring all services and offerings are clearly communicated and aligned with market conditions.
Negotiate Fuel Contracts : Lead contract negotiations, gathering relevant information from prospective customers, and working through pricing, terms, and conditions to close deals successfully.
Collaborate with Vendors : Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless delivery of fuel and related services to both current and future customers.
Coordinate Contract Administration : Provide detailed customer information to internal teams for accurate and efficient contract generation and ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Participate in Weekly Brand Meetings : Attend brand strategy meetings to provide updates on newly contracted sites, share insights, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance service offerings and maintain strong client relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS Education : Bachelor’s Degree required in business or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred. Experience : Minimum 5 years professional experience in sales in petroleum, energy & utilities, transportation & logistics, wholesale & distribution, or similar.
