Job Details
Position s Contributions to Work Group:
- Assist with the execution of the new leadership development program for IT leaders.
- General Workday Administration (Required learning maintenance)
- Track, Analyze and Report on leadership program metrics
- Assist with additional learning needs for the organization
Typical task breakdown:
Resource will be managing leadership development program administration including: Workday administration, communications plan, coordinating with vendors for workshop dates, tracking participant registration, collecting feedback on sessions, and maintaining cohort alumni networks.
Education & Experience Required:
The position requires a college or university degree and/or 2 years HR experience
Technical Skills
- An Incumbents must possess strong analytical, organization, planning, interpersonal, customer focus and communication skills.
- Strong computer and MS Office skills.
- Experience with Workday
