Responsibilities Include
- This person will be responsible for, and involved in, all aspects of customer success, project management and execution of Direct Marketing campaigns. This will include working closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and clients to ensure a smooth production process.
- Ability to maintain excellent customer satisfaction by providing regular, accurate updates to stakeholders.
- Accountable for communicating all aspects of production with print partners, including confirming delivery timetables to ensure jobs are completed on time.
- Entering all job specifications and campaign-related details into Salesforce.
- Managing all costs associated with campaigns, including P&L, checking invoices for accuracy, resolving billing discrepancies, and being accountable for working with finance to make sure payment is received on time.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of successful Customer Success experience with Enterprise level customers required. Direct Mail experience strongly preferred.
- A track-record of building effective partnerships at various levels within an organization.
- Consultative Customer Success experience – the ability to understand customer marketing goals, qualify for fit with our solutions, uncover budget sources, craft and then persuasively present tailored upsell solutions.
- Experience and success in upselling marketing services to the c-suite, in areas such as direct marketing, email, loyalty, data consulting and analytics services, etc.
- Superior communication and organizational skills with the ability to author effective emails, facilitate and often lead virtual meetings with customers, and collaborate with cross functional team members to develop and manage successful customer campaigns.
- Consistently utilize Salesforce to document client activity and details, monitoring upsell/ cross-sell pipeline and existing customer campaigns.
- Experience using Salesforce.com, MS Office products (Excel, Word, PPT, Teams). Experience in visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikView, Power BI a plus.
- Ability to coordinate data coming from various sources.
- Ability to multi-task, navigate tough situations, and correctly prioritize while maintaining composure.
- Detail-oriented and organized to ensure customer deadlines are met.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, be self-motivated and yet take direction when required.
- Excellent time management and organization skills required.
- Digital marketing experience a plus
