We are looking for a Desktop Support Technician to join our team and provide technical assistance to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and providing end-user support. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems.
  • Provide technical support to users.
  • Perform system maintenance tasks.
  • Resolve network issues.
  • Document technical problems and solutions.
  • Maintain inventory of computer hardware and software.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Benefits:

  • Health insurance

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • On call
  • Overnight shift
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • San Jose, CA 95131: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
