Adobe is rising as one of the world's most recognizable brands. Our Brand Marketing team is looking for a resourceful and inventive marketer who will play a key role in the planning, execution, and measurement of programs that build Adobe's reach and relevance through cultural and product marketing initiatives. Together, we will grow awareness and affinity for our brand, especially with younger audiences.
You will partner closely with experienced marketers, strategists, and channel owners to improve the reach and impact of our programs. Problem solving along with the desire to learn and adapt are a requirement to succeed in this environment.
What You'll Do- Collaborate with our brand strategy, in-house studio, comms, social, and advertising teams to develop and vet new programs.
- Consult with our cultural agency for guidance and partnership opportunities.
- Drive breakthrough marketing to deliver on Adobe's category and product priorities.
- Outline the end-to-end customer experience and identify any weaknesses to ensure a positive user experience.
- Set performance targets and define corresponding measurement frameworks. Analyze and interpret program metrics as well as user demographics and behavioral patterns.
- Prepare status updates for leadership, internal collaborators, and external partners.
- BS/BA (MBA preferred) with a solid background in consumer, high tech, SaaS, or B2B marketing.
- Direct experience working on multi-channel digital marketing campaigns and familiarity working in matrix organizations.
- Expertise in current trends that resonate with people between the ages of 18 to 25.
- Analytical orientation. Excels at both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Curiosity to test and learn in partnership with internal and external marketing collaborators.
- Be a self-starter with a positive, upbeat demeanor.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.

Salary : $75,500 - $159,100
