As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will juggle multiple responsibilities to execute the finer details of our complex business. From record keeping and processing to audits and guest inquiries, your rare combination of strong mind and gentle heart will ensure guests satisfaction while respecting the financial discipline that makes world-class business possible.
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:
Duties include, but are not limited, to the following:
- Balance daily activity to individual shift close reports
- Prepare and mail general billing to customers
- Perform bill reviews with groups
- Process credit card charges/refunds for guest inquires and disputes
- Research and respond to all credit card retrieval and chargeback inquiries
- Research and respond to customer inquiries pertaining to hotel, food and beverage, spa, and entertainment
- Prepare and track group deposit invoices and process deposit payments as they are received
- Process travel agent commissions in preparation for payment to travel agents
- Prepare and mail/upload wholesale billing
- Notify the supervisor of problematic situations as they become known
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
